Tractor-trailer accident cleared from N/B Thruway in Spring Valley
SPRING VALLEY - A tractor-trailer accident that was blocking two northbound lanes of the New York State Thruway near the Garden State Parkway was cleared about 6:50 a.m. today, authorities said.
