Suffern's Clayton leaps to Section 1 record, national forefront
Suffern sophomore Jen Clayton broke the Section 1 record and posted the best long jump in the country this season, jumping 20 feet, 3/4 inch at the Metropolitan Track and Field Invitational, held at the Armory last night. The jump was also the fifth best in state history. The previous Section 1 record, set in 1997 by Mount Vernon's Shannaine Osbourne, was 19-7.

Rangers need to find a way to win on the road
