Dentist accused of fraud: 'I'm not guilty'
A dentist whose practice is in White Plains is facing charges that she sent phony dental bills to an insurance company and tried to cover up her actions. Dr. Joanne Baker of Scarsdale was arraigned in City Court yesterday on felony charges of insurance fraud and grand larceny, the Westchester County District Attorney's Office said.
