Apartment fire leaves 12 people homeless
Twelve people were left homeless yesterday afternoon after a two alarm fire ripped through a four-family apartment building in the Runyon Heights section of the city. When firefighters arrived at the 28 Dunbar St. building, black smoke was pouring out of a second-floor window and billowing smoke could be seen about a mile away.
