CROTON-ON-HUDSON - The owner of the American Center for Chinese Studies was charged Friday night with first-degree sexual abuse for alleged inappropriate contact with a girl in his class, Croton police said.Frank DaMaria, 67, of 82 Van Cortlandt Ave. in Ossining, is being held on $10,000 bail at the Westchester County jail in Valhalla. He is due in Croton court on Wednesday.Croton police began their investigation after adult students reported Damaria to police. He was accused of having sexual contact with a girl under age 11 at the center at 122 Grand St.
